A silicone adhesive tape based on polyimide film with heat-resistance designed to use as a thermal mask. Polyimide film does not soften at elevated temperatures, thus the film provides an excellent release surface at elevated temperatures. Protective kapton tape is for protection purpose. It might use for uniform the IR thermal effects but it could delay the normal heating process time.
